The scenery was amazing. The city was beautiful and the people were friendly. The hotel had a good location, close to all the attractions and landmarks. The room had good Wi-Fi signal and the air conditioning worked well.
Checking in was a disaster. The front desk was closed after 9 pm and there was no late check-in available.

Beautiful scenery and excellent service are some of the best aspects of our Christmas vacation. the rooms we stayed in had amazing views of the surrounding mountains, and the central location allowed us to explore the town with ease.
The check-in process was a nightmare. If you plan on arriving late, you may want to reconsider because there is a high chance that you could lose your reservation entirely.
